Lance Greer

Jess, is the dynamic force behind our Richland office since July 2015. With her exceptional Customer Service skills and unwavering attention to detail, she is the backbone of our team. Originally hailing from Michigan, Jess proudly holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. After basking in the Florida sun post-graduation, she returned to her beloved home state and ventured into the insurance industry. Beyond her professional achievements, Jess indulges in her passions during her free time. Whether she's corralling chickens, embarking on exciting DIY projects with her sister, or simply relishing the tranquility of her backyard while observing deer gracefully meander through the fields, Jess knows how to make the most of every moment.

Sandra has been with the Lance Greer State Farm agency since November of 2015 and is part of our Customer Service Team. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Health and brings her Spanish speaking skill set to the team. When asked what she enjoyed about working at the Agency she says "I love that I can feel good about where I work. I know that we are TRULY helping customers and looking out for their interests." She grew up in sunny southern California and moved to the frozen mitten state back in February of 2014. In her free time Sandra enjoys beating her husband at board games, hosting dinners for strangers, and is always ready for the next adventure.

Becky has been with the Lance Greer team since 2021. She worked in a State Farm office many years ago and loves helping people with their insurance needs. She is licensed in Auto and Fire and is a big proponent for Life insurance after losing her late husband suddenly to a heart attack. “State Farm took care of our family during the hardest time of our life”, she states. Becky enjoys family time with her blended family of 7 kids. Her and her husband Jack also enjoy traveling, hiking, fishing and playing golf when they get the chance.

Zac has been an esteemed member of the State Farm team since September 2020, bringing his expertise and dedication to the company. Relocating to the Kalamazoo area with his wife Kristara and their three daughters, Brooklynn, Zoey, and Eliana, the Neal family has found great joy in being part of this vibrant community. Prior to their arrival in Kalamazoo, Zac and his family resided in Union City, where he served as the Head Varsity Football Coach for two years. Building upon his passion for coaching, Zac now holds the position of Head Coach for the 11u softball team in Parchment, further showcasing his commitment to developing athletes and fostering a strong team spirit Above all, his greatest joy lies in spending quality time with his beloved family.

Matt joined the Lance Greer State Farm agency in January of 2022 after spending 22 years in the field of education. He started his career teaching elementary students at Centreville Elementary before becoming a middle school administrator for Vicksburg Community Schools. Matt, and his wife Connie, are about to celebrate 22 years of marriage. They have 3 daughters; Jenna, Alyssa, and Hailey.

Logan is a dynamic member of the Lance Greer State Farm agency and has been on our team since May of 2023. He recently graduated with his associate degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at University of Phoenix. Logan is a big sports fan, his loyalty to MSU makes for fun rivalry in the office during football season. During his free time logan enjoys, being outdoors playing sports, hunting and handing out with his friends and family.

Michelle has been with State Farm since May 2018 and is the first smiling face you will see when walking into the office. She is part of our Customer Service Team and is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health and is a vital asset in the office. She is also a licensed cosmetologist and worked at Sport Clips for four years before entering the Insurance world. Michelle is married, has a wonderful step-son, daughter and a furry pup. As a family they enjoy tubing down the river, playing games, and watching movies.
