"Keep scrolling, don’t even consider it. I think most of the reviews are friends. They made so many errors on my policy, admitted it, but refused to credit my account back. Customer service is non existent. Losing a customer over their $32 mistake? I had “Jake” from State Farm cute . At first. All the way up to Lance Greer, incompetent. I found the errors and I had to fix them. Or tried to. “My Bad” was the excuse they gave me for their errors, really? State Farm? “ MY BAD”. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the State. Also I will post this across social media so people are warned of how this agency operates. More to come. No responses from this office please I can’t listen to anymore excuses. Be a professional."
