"I literally had “Jake from State Farm” help me with my home and auto policies. I was a 20+ year Progressive customer, used to simple self service insurance. Then I tried State Farm to see if I could save $, and what I received was a “high touch, high support” full service experience. I’ve heard the “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” slogan for years and always thought it applied to “if” you needed to file a claim, the experience would be positive. I realize now that the experience starts the moment they know about you, far before you pay the premium. I happen to know this particular “Jake” at Lance Greer’s agency. He grew up with my son. And he did a fabulous job helping me and I am more than thankful. I am proud of him."

"Debbie, made e e everything very easy and pain free. She answered all my questions and some that I didn't ask. Very helpful. I believe that we had everything sighed and temporary certificate of insurance along with a policy for renters insurance in less than hour. "very disrespectful of customers and our time! i had called to suspend my insurance due to my car not working only to be ignored for two days. i called again frustrated that they hadn't returned my call, knowing they would charge me for my monthly payment soon. when i was finally called back, i spoke with April and it seemed like everything was fixed until i was charged later that day. i called back again trying to get it fixed and i was talking to April this time around as well, and she was being very disrespectful, (saying there was nothing she could do about the situation, denying that i had called at all, wording things in a way that didn't get her point across correctly) only for her to finally tell me that i would get a refund but mot immediately. i work in customer service so im aware that some things dont take immediate action, however she began by telling me there was no way to refund the charge and then ended the call by saying i would get one but not right away. i told her that was all she had to say and she claimed that she had been saying that the whole time, needless to say i ended up fully leaving their services since theyve given me more trouble than its worth since the beginning."
